Refund & Return Policy

At OLD SKOOL, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • All tags and original packaging must still be attached.
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the incorrect size/product was received.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
